Codefolio
This side project was started at Revelo. Codefolio was co-created with developers. One of their biggest pain points, is to show their coding skills for every new company they get interviewed.A simple way of showing and sharing code!
The challenge
To fill a developer position in a company, it is necessary to screen more than 100 CVs, of which only 8% are responsive.Of those 8%, 4 out of 10 hiring processes are canceled by the candidate after receiving a programming test.
How can we lessen the rejection rate of candidates, in this step of the hiring process?

With Codefolio every code is shared within a single app.
It supports different programming languages. Code is easy to share and to interact with the developer and its future employer
